Our Umbrella warrants that your umbrella is free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your Umbrella fails structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without charge.
This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials.
The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service under this warranty. Seasonalconceptsonline will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from defective products.
3-warranty on canopy and 1-year warranty on the frame.

Seasonal Concepts, Seasonalhomeconcepts.com and its affiliates warrants the original purchaser against the defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years based on the following pro-rated schedule:
1st Year of Ownership.................................100% of Original Purchase Price
2nd Year of Ownership..................................80% of Original Purchase Price
3rd-5th Year of Ownership.............................50% of Original Purchase Price
6th-10th Year of Ownership...........................20% of Original Purchase Price
This warranty excludes trees under 4 feet tall and excludes flocked and white trees for discoloration. Fiber Optic trees are warranted for 1 year.
The seller will repair or replace at their option the defective item or parts. Repair or replacement may not be exact and manufacturer's acceptable replacement part may be used at our option.
The defective part of the tree must be shipped pre-paid to our service center for replacement or repair. We will pay shipping charge both ways the first year of ownership.
The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear or outdoor use. This does not cover discoloration and warranty is valid only in the United States.
Store your tree in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
The lights on a pre-lit tree are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase. The average lamp life is 2000 hours. If a light burns out, please replace it at once. Failure to replace a burned out light will result in a shorter life span for the remaining lghts. Failure to replace burned out lights or misuse of this product will void the warranty. Keep away from heat and moisture. We will repair or replace a defective part or parts through our service center at our option.

A copy of your original sales receipt containing the SKU number, store where purchased, purchase price and date purchased must accompany any request for repair, replacement or parts.
