White Glove Delivery Service
Select large and heavy items are delivered by our White Glove Delivery Service, as indicated in the item description. This is a first class delivery.
Our professional delivery personnel are trained to provide exceptional customer service and are experienced in the movement and installation of home furnishings. Our White Glove Delivery Service will provide two skilled people to uncarton and set up your new furniture, inspect it, and remove packaging materials as needed.
Once the order is received in our facility, the furniture is kept in a clean and organized environment to avoid damage and loss. It will remain in this facility with minimal handling until it is prepared for loading on a truck for delivery to you. Items that are opened and inspected will be blanket wrapped for safe transportation.
In-Home deliveries are typically made 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, seven days a week. There is a 4-hour window for delivery. Once orders are scheduled and routed, the customer will receive a phone call, usually 2 to 3 days ahead of their scheduled delivery, to give them a day and time frame that the truck will be in their area.
Upon request, the driver can call the customer 30-45 minutes before arrival.
